Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
ADULT X (“we”, “us”, or “this site”) operates an adult website intended only for persons 18 years of age or older. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.
1. Age verification
Access requires confirmation that you are 18 or older. We store that confirmation in a session and in a cookie so you are not asked on every visit. If you do not confirm, you should leave the site.
2. Information we collect
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs generated by the server in the ordinary course of operation.
- Session data: a session cookie used for age confirmation, view counting, and (for the operator only) administrative login.
- Video activity: we record view counts for published videos. We do not require visitor accounts or personal profiles.
3. How we use information
Information is used to operate the site, enforce the 18+ restriction, count views, protect against abuse, and administer uploaded content. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only: an age-gate cookie and a session cookie. There are no third-party advertising cookies on the pages we control. You may block cookies in your browser; some features (including staying past the age screen) may then stop working.
5. Uploaded content
Videos and titles published on this site are provided by the operator. Do not upload material that depicts anyone under 18, or material you do not have the right to publish.
6. Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation. View counts remain associated with each video until the video is deleted. Age-gate cookies may last up to one year.
7. Third parties
This site may load webfonts from Google Fonts. Google may process technical data under its own privacy policy when those fonts are requested.
8. Your choices
You may clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time. Because we do not operate visitor accounts, there is no user profile to download or delete beyond what your own device stores.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has accessed the site, contact us immediately.
